NUX Leeds 25th November – Customer Insights, Key Trends and a bit of Futurology. What I’ve learnt from 12 years of Usability Research

The next NUX Leeds is event is upon us – the last one before Christmas! On 25th November we will be holding the free event as usual in the Round Foundry Media Centre. Guy Redwood (founder of behavioural research consultancy, SimpleUsability) will share insights gained from over 12 years of usability testing for clients including ASDA, Argos, Jet2.com, Hoseasons and Zoopla. Guy’s team have been using eye tracking in commercial research for 8 years and have a very detailed understanding of how people naturally engage with digital media, witnessing firsthand the impact of device proliferation and the ever-shifting customer view of what makes a good user experience. He will also talk about what’s involved in running a usability research company and the challenges he’s faced over the last 12 years. Refreshments will be available on the night.
